the FOOD was consistently excellent. the buffet had a great variety with something for every taste. all staff members were very cute, and helpful. a special THANKS to aisha and nischel in the dining area for their attentive service.
the apartments need an upgrade as they are decades out dated.

House keeping was excellent. The house keepers hari and goplal were good.
I booked a room with a balcony, but upon check-in, i received a room without one. I was told it was subject to availability. i was disappointed as i booked specifically for the balcony.

i found the staff to be super friendly and accommodating i appreciated marvin at the pool bar he always remembered my drink and kept my glass full he always had a smile on his face i also found the staff in the sports bar efficient and friendly i think the effort that was made for christmas was fantastic the decorations the christmas day brunch and the gift in the room on christmas eve were great.
breakfast was a bit chaotic with the number of guests

the doormen were helpful and the cleaning team did a thorough job i found staff members always smiling and eager to help throughout the hotel contributing to a positive experience. the service was so good.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options chef katikey made tasty eggs and the main chef rajiv created amazing food and snacks in the lounge i found the saturday brunches great.

the hotel offered shuttle service to various locations including the kite beach and the burj khalifa mall it was about a 15 minute drive to attractions like the frame and the museum of the future. the area had shops and restaurants.
